I started Integrity Lending in 2003 after working with several national companies as Regional Branch Manager. As a Correspondent Mortgage Lender we offer the best of both worlds. We can underwrite loans as well as broker loans to other banks and wholesale lenders. This way we can offer the best financing for our clients.
After leading my staff for many years I have acquired the ability to anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the loan process. My attention to fine details assure a successful mortgage process.
I strive to tailor my clients financing to optimize their financial position. I always treat my clients the same way that I want to be treated with honesty and integrity and to exceed their expectations during and after the loan process. I am committed to providing personalized service that goes beyond my clients’ financial needs. Rose has many years of experience in the lending industry. She is fluent in Spanish, a monumental plus when dealing with the Hispanic community. Her diligence and attention to detail rank high within the industry. Not only does she work with conventional financing but has diversified into construction loans.
